A little help.
Import a Goodreads shelf
Export your library as CSV from Goodreads, then open Settings → Import Goodreads shelf in Pagefond. Choose the file and select books to keep. Titles, authors, shelves, your ratings and reading status are supported. Reviews and passages are not imported. This is a snapshot, not a live connection; repeating the import preserves books already in Pagefond.
Import Kindle highlights
Connect your Kindle by USB and choose My Clippings.txt from its documents folder, or use the documented CSV columns in the import screen. You can read the complete file preview on your phone without an account. Sign in to review individual records, check duplicates and correct editions before saving. Import history includes undo. This imports annotations, not purchased books, and does not refresh automatically from Amazon.
Keep a longer quotation
Try the portrait story format or select a shorter excerpt. Pagefond stops the export when words would become too small; it preserves your original passage.
Sync and account access
Local saves work offline. Open Settings to sign in, check sync status or resolve edits made on another device. On iPhone, you can continue with Apple, including Hide My Email, or use email and password. Use the same sign-in method for your existing library. For password accounts, choose “Forgot your password?” to recover access and verify your email before using account creative credits. Capture remains account-free; three trial AI tasks are available before signup.
Delete your account
Export a backup first if you want to keep your collection. In the app, open Settings → Delete account and cloud data. Apple accounts require confirmation with the connected Apple account on iPhone so Pagefond can revoke its authorization. If an upload or generation is finishing, deletion may ask you to retry after it settles. Other devices can retain offline copies until you clear them. If you cannot access the app, request account deletion by email; ownership must be verified. The deletion page explains what is removed and what can remain.
